Day 4 Breakfast

Back to old faithful, fried eggs and home fries made with ghee and a glass of coconut milk.



Day 3 Dinner

Day 3 dinner was another quick one with no photo. You’re not supposed to be concerned with fat content, but I am tracking what I’m eating to make sure I get enough calories and 60% of yesterday’s breakfast and lunch were comprised of fat. Also being low on protein for the day, I decided to have egg beaters.

On baby duty alone today and surprised she let me cook. And is STILL sleeping!

Didn’t have time to hunt for a recipe so I made this one up.
